Partner Acrobatics and Acro Yoga is the art of balancing on top of each other, in all kinds of shapes and tricks. You will get stronger, more flexible, learn to orientate yourself upside down, and learn how to relax or tense the right muscles. Most importantly you'll learn to trust the body, both yours and that of others. Classes are aimed at beginner and intermediate practitioners. You do not need experience or a partner to participate. Safety is central to the lessons, and, of course, we'll be having a lot of fun. For more information about Partner Acrobatics and Acroyoga, see also https://danielsimu.nl/acro/.
