Corona policy

Corona announcement - QR codes

Last week the government has sharpen its rules around corona. That's why we have to give you an update around the new corona policy that we must maintain around the scanning of corona QR codes to give you acces to the studio.

In short:
Professionals
- All professionals do not have to show their corona QR codes to get acces to the studio. They are an exception of the government's new corona rules. You can come train as usual.
Amateurs
- We are obligated to scan the corona QR codes by all amateurs to give them acces to the Circus Studio. This is implemented differently for our different activities, as outlined below.

Amateurs

If you are a circus amateur, you have to show your corona QR code (Coronacheck-app).
From the 6th of November we are required to scan the corona qr code (Coronacheck-app) by all amateurs (training during the day, evening training and courses). We can only let you join the Circus Studio if your QR code gives a green screen. This means: you are fully vaccinated, you have a negative test result (max 24 hours old) and/of you have a proof of recovery.
Just to make it clear: It's not our own choice to do this, but we are obligated by the government. Nevertheless, we are happy that we just could go on with training!

From now on, we ask all amateurs to bring to the Circus Studio:
- A smartphone with your corona QR code (Coronacheck-app) or a printed version
- Your ID card (driver's license or other)
Youngsters under 18 years are an exception of this rule, they do not have to show their corona QR code.

Training during the day:
The Circus Studio Team is obliged to scan the QR codes of all amateurs who train during the day (mo-fri 09.00 - 18.00). But since we are part-timers and volunteers, it is unfortunately not possible for amateurs to train everyday in the studio. Amateurs can ONLY train in the studio during the day when some one of the Team is present. We will communicate in the group app and at our website which days and times someone is present and you can come to train. If you are not added to the group app yet, send an email to: circusstudio@talltales.nl.
We are very sorry, but this is the best way we could hold on to the rules and also makes it possible for everyone to train.

Training during the day: schedule for amateurs:
(these dates and times someone of the Team is present to scan your QR code)
Monday 22th of Nov: 10.00 - 12.00 h

If you have any questions about this, don't hesitate to email us (circusstudio@talltales.nl).
If you want to know more about the new regulations, read all information from the government here.

We hope you understand this and like to cooperate with this rule. As soon as the rule changes, we will let you know.

The Circus Studio Team
